This is a bit late since I was away for a long weekend. This past week got really hot--in the 80s! I don't like running in the heat or sun, so I got my runs in between 5:30-6:30 a.m. before work. I think if I couldn't run before work, I probably wouldn't be running at all when it gets that hot. I'm grateful I'm a morning person!
