Athleta has a good sale going on through May 26, starting at $20 off a $125 purchase and going up to $150 off a $500 purchase. They've also marked down some goodies.
I ordered the Criss Cross Tunic in Oatmeal Heather ($39.99 marked down from $59). I liked it when it first came out but thought it was too expensive. I don't have anything in this beige color, and it's a nice neutral. I'll wear it for casual wear with leggings or jeans this summer.
I also bought two Relay Skorts in Black and Asphalt ($44.00 marked down from $59). I have two of these skorts (in Midnight Blue and Raspberry), and I love them for running. They have a gummy strip at the bottom of the shorts so that the shorts stay put and don't need adjusted mid-run. They have a wide, comfortable waistband. The fabric is Athleta's Pilayo, which is heavier than skorts made of their lighter, featherweight fabric, but I have not found them too hot to run in (although I do most of my runs in the cool mornings). These skorts come in a tall length, and I have both the regular and the tall. I find that the shorts peek out of the bottom of the skirt on the regular length. And with the tall length, I can also wear them for casual wear when I wear a longer top that covers the reflective strips. Because I'll run in these all summer, these are a great investment.
With the promotion, my subtotal was $109.97. However, I have a Banana Republic credit card and accrue rewards, so I was able to redeem $100 in rewards. So my grand total was $9.97! Score!
Also on markdown were the Chat Tights and Capris in certain colors. I love both the tights and capris (though only in the solid colors; the patterned versions are a different fabric that I don't like as much), but my size wasn't still available or I'd have snatched them up too.
